Correction of the content of the current report 5/2019
Art. 56.1(2) of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information
Acting in accordance with Art. 15.2 of the Regulation of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities _ ... _, the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. _the Company, the Issuer_ hereby corrects the typographical error that occurred in a part of the current report No 5/2019.
It was:
“8. The total number of votes specified under provisions 2, 6 and 7 above and their percentage share in total number of votes. Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych currently owns 27.609.982 shares, which constitutes 29.06% of the share capital of the Company, carrying 25.129.982 votes at the General Meeting, being 29.06% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting. In the next 12 months the Shareholder does not preclude direct and indirect increase or decrease of their commitment in the Company."
It should be:

In the remaining scope, the content of current report No. 5/2019 remains unchanged.
