The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. hereby informs about the change of the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 to 8 November 2019.
The original date of the publication of this report was set for 15 November 2019 as per the information provided in current report No. 1/2019 of 15 January 2019.
Specific legal basis: § 80(2)(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
