Dismissal of the appeal from the decision of the Regional Court of 26.10.2018
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Offering Act – current and periodic information
With reference to current report No. 24/2018 regarding filing a lawsuit to declare invalidity of/repeal challenged resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and current report No. 30/2019 concerning the decision of the Regional Court in Białystok, VII Economic Division, the Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. (‘the Company’) hereby informs that, on 20 September 2019, the Court of Appeal in Białystok (‘the Court’) dismissed both appeals from the decision of the Regional Court of 26 October 2018.
The Court’s decision is legally valid.
Specific legal basis: §19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
