Notice of a change of shares in the total number of votes

The Board of Directors of PEPEES S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that, on 10 October 2017, it received from SATURN TFI S.A. a notice concerning an increase in the Fund’s share in the total number of votes in the Company, which stated that Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych (“Epsilon Fund”) increased its holding of shares in the company by 4,118,203 shares. Prior to the change of the share, Epsilon Fund held 9,931,499 shares of the company, which accounted for 10.45% of the share capital of/total number of votes in the Company. Currently, Epsilon Fund holds 14,049,702 shares of the Company, which accounts for 14.79% of the share capital of/total number of votes in the Company.
