Corrections of the separate and consolidated annual report for 2017

The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (‘the Company’) hereby inform about the corrections of the separate and consolidated annual reports of the Company’s Group for 2017 of 29 March 2018, including the following amendments:
1.	in the Report on the Operations of the Company’s Group for 2017 (including the disclosures required for Reports of the Board of Directors on the operations in the aforementioned period):
a.	on page 6, the wording: 
“Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – the number of votes: 21,444,561; percentage of total votes at the GMS – 22.57%,” 
has been replaced with the wording:
“Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – the number of shares: 21,444,561; the number of votes: 42,328; percentage of total votes at the GMS – 0.04% (pursuant to Article 89(1)(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies).” 
b.	on page 7, the wording: 
“Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – the number of votes: 21,444,561; percentage of total votes at the GMS – 22.57%,” 
has been replaced with the wording:
“Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – the number of shares: 21,444,561; the number of votes: 42,328; percentage of total votes at the GMS – 0.04% (pursuant to Article 89(1)(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies).” 
c.	on page 48, the table with the wording:

The corrected Report on the Operations of the Company’s Group for 2017 is attached to this current report.
