Information on the initial financial results for the 1st half of 2019

The initial financial results of the Issuer’s Capital Group for the 1st half of 2019 (data for the 1st half of 2018 are in brackets):
- revenues from sales: PLN 127 087 thousand (PLN 116 757 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): PLN 23 563 thousand (PLN 10 880 thousand)
- net profit (loss): PLN 16 696 thousand (PLN 7 454 thousand).

The initial financial results of Przedsiębiorstw Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. The initial financial results of
- revenues from sales: PLN 92 983 thousand (PLN 83 246 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): PLN 18 949 thousand (PLN 7 842 thousand)
- net profit (loss): PLN 14 352 thousand (PLN 6 087 thousand).

The Issuer reminds hereby that audited final financial results for the 1st half of 2019 will be provided in a consolidated semi-annual financial report for the 1st half of 2019 that is to be published on 13 September 2019.
