The receipt of the lawsuit to repeal or annul the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of

With reference to current reports Nos. 31/2019 and 35/2019, the Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. (‘the Company’) hereby informs that, on 21 October 2019, the Company received a copy of the lawsuit filed by EPSILON Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych w Warszawie to repeal or annul resolution No. 28 of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 June 2019 on the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association and authorising the Company’s Board of Directors to increase the Company’s share capital within the limits of the authorised capital, with the possibility of depriving existing shareholders by the Board of Directors of all or part of their pre-emptive rights with the consent of the Company’s Supervisory Board; the Company informed about it in current report No. 24/2019.
Legal basis: §19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
