Obtaining information on securing the claim regarding resolution annulment or repeal

With regard to the current report No. 32/2019 the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company has been notified on the issue on 2 October 2019 by the Court of Appeal in Białystok of a decision securing the claim of EPSILON Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych in Warsaw regarding the annulment or repeal of Resolution No. 26 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 28 June 2019 ("OGM") on the amendment to Article 15.2 of the Company's Articles of Association and resolution of the OGM No. 27 to the extent that it related to the deletion of 26.2 points 2, 4 and 5 of the Company's Articles of Association by suspending the implementation of these resolutions and suspending the registration procedure involving entering changes pursuant to these resolutions.
To date, the Company has not received an excerpt of the decision from the Court of Appeal.

Legal basis: § 19 section 1 point 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, and on terms for recognition as equivalent of information required by legal regulations of a state not being a member state.
