Calendar of the the publication of periodic reports in 2020

The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A., pursuant to §80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state (hereinafter ‘the Regulation’), hereby publishes the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2020:
1. Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2020 – 15 May 2020
- Consolidated report for the third quarter of 2020 – 16 November 2020
2. Semi-annual report:
- Semi-annual consolidated report for the first half of 2020 – 18 September 2020
3. Annual reports:
- Annual separate and consolidated reports for 2019 – 31 March 2020
The Board of Directors of PEPEES S.A. hereby declares that, pursuant to § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly reports and the semi-annual report, and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports, including condensed consolidated financial statements and separate financial information, and the semi-annual consolidated report, including the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and the condensed financial statements along with the report of the audit firm on the review of financial statements. At the same time, the Board of Directors of PEPEES S.A. hereby informs that, acting pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish reports for the fourth quarter of 2019 and for the second quarter of 2020.
