Shareholders with more than 5% of votes - Ordinary General Meeting

Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. (the "Company") informs that according to the attendance list at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 21 April 2020 ("OGM"), the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the OGM:
Michał Skotnicki: 21,399,174 ordinary bearer shares carrying 21,399,174 votes at the OGM, which represented 42.60% of the total vote at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the OGM: 22.52 %.
Maksymilian Skotnicki: 20,703,282 ordinary bearer shares carrying 20,703,282 votes at the OGM, which represented 41.21% of votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the OGM: 21.79 %
Epsilon Fiz AN: 27,759,032 ordinary bearer shares carrying 6,356,799 votes at the OGM, which represented 12,65% of votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the OGM: 6.69%
On the date of the OGM, the total number of votes resulting from all issued shares of the Company was 95,000,000. The OGM was attended by shareholders representing a total of 50,233,737 votes, i.e. 68.25% of the total number of votes on the date of the OGM.
