Information on preliminary financial results for the first quarter of 2020

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it has decided to publish preliminary financial results for the above mentioned period.
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q1 2020 (data for Q1 2019 are presented in brackets):
- revenues from sales: PLN 5,335 thousand (13,684 thousand zloty)
- operating profit (loss) PLN 5,335 thousand (13,684 thousand zloty)
- net profit (loss): PLN 3,724 thousand (9,604 thousand zloty)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for the first quarter of 2020:
- revenues from sales: PLN 40,670 thousand (46,219 thousand zloty)
- operating profit (loss): PLN 3,096 thousand (10,572 thousand zloty)
- net profit (loss): PLN 2,417 thousand (8,229 thousand zloty)
The Company informs about the decrease in revenues and the decrease in sales prices, which – in the Company's opinion – result from the situation on the market caused by the pandemic.
The Issuer reminds that the financial results for Q1 2020 will be reported in the consolidated quarterly report which will be published on 15 May 2020
