Lodging a suit by Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych in Warsaw
Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. _"the Company"_ informs that the Company has received a copy of a lawsuit lodged by EPSILON Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych in Warsaw for the declaration of invalidity or cancellation of resolutions No 9 and 10 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 21 April 2020 regarding the acknowledgement of the fulfilment of duties by the members of the Management Board. The content of the contested resolutions was published in the current report No 7/2020.
Legal basis: Art. 19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
