Conclusion of the annex to the Credit Facility Agreement with PKO BP

In reference to the information presented in current report no 28/2019 on the Credit Facility Agreement concluded with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. [PKO BP], the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. [the Company, the Issuer] informs that on 17 July 2020 an annex was concluded to the above mentioned agreement concluded between the Issuer and its subsidiaries, that is Zakłady Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego "Lublin" Sp. z o.o. [Lublin] and Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego Bronisław S.A. [Bronisław] and PKO BP [the Annex].
Under the Annex, the credit limit granted to the Issuer and its subsidiaries was raised to the total amount of PLN 58,5 million, that is to the following amounts for individual companies: for the Issuer – up to PLN 35.5 million, for Lublin – up to PLN 7.5 million and for Bronisław – up to PLN 15.5 million.
Within the scope of the above limit, the following credits were granted:
• current account credit: for the Issuer – PLN 4 million, for Lublin – PLN 1.5 million and for Bronisław – PLN 0.7 million,
• revolving working capital credit: for the Issuer – PLN 14.5 million, for Lublin – PLN 4 million and for Bronisław – PLN 6.3 million,
• non-revolving working capital credit: for the Issuer – PLN 17 million, for Lublin – PLN 2 million and for Bronisław – PLN 8.5 million,
The revolving credit and the non-revolving credit may be used by 30 January 2021 and they will be repaid as from 31 January 2021 in equal monthly instalments.
The limit was granted until 31 August 2021.
The other terms and conditions of the Credit Facility Agreement were not subject to significant modifications that would deviate from standard provisions included in such types of agreements.
