Information on initial financial results for the 1st half of 2020

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) informs that it decided to disclose publicly the initial financial results for the above mentioned period.
The initial financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for the 1st half of 2020 (in brackets: data for the 1st half of 2019):
- revenues from sales: PLN 114 465 thousand (PLN 127 087 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): PLN 7 275 thousand (PLN 23 563 thousand)
- net profit (loss): PLN 3 985 thousand (PLN 16 696 thousand)
The initial financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for the 1st half of 2020 (in brackets: data for the 1st half of 2019):
- revenues from sales: PLN 81 868 thousand (PLN 92 983 thousand )
- operating profit (loss): PLN 4 955 thousand (PLN 18 949 thousand )
- net profit (loss): PLN 3 218 thousand (PLN 14 352 thousand )
The Company informs that revenues decreased and selling prices decreased as well, which, in the Company's opinion, results from the situation on the market caused by the pandemic.
The Issuer reminds that the audited final financial results for the 1st half of 2020 will be presented in the consolidated semi-annual report that is to be published on 18 September 2020.
