Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2021

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" SA, acting on the basis of § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by an issuer of securities and conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (hereinafter: the Regulation), announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2021:
1. Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2021 - 17 May 2021.
- Consolidated Report for Q3 2021 - 16 November 2021
2. Semiannual report:
- Consolidated senmiannual report for the first half of 2021 - 21 September 2021
3. Annual reports:
- Separate and consolidated annual report for 2020 - 15 March 2021.
The Management Board of PEPEES S.A. declares that, pursuant to § 62 Sec. 1 and Sec. 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a semiannual report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed consolidated financial statements and separate financial information as well as a consolidated semiannual report containing semiannual condensed consolidated financial statements and condensed financial information together with the auditor's report on audit of the financial statements. At the same time the Management Board of PEPEES S.A. informs that, acting in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish reports for Q4 2020 and Q2 2021.
