Information on the preliminary financial results for 2020

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 26 March 2021 the process of aggregation of financial data, carried out for the preparation of the reports of the Company and the Issuer's Capital Group for 2020, was completed and thus the decision was made to publish preliminary financial results for the said period.
Preliminary results for 2020 are presented below (2019 figures are shown in brackets).
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group:
- revenues from sales: PLN 210,935 thousand (PLN 231,981 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 10,126 thousand (PLN 35,255 thousand)
- net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company : PLN 6,320 thousand (PLN 24,091 thousand)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A:
- revenues from sales: PLN 155,182 thousand (PLN 172,934 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 6,418 thousand (PLN 25,324 thousand)
- net profit: PLN 5,537 thousand (PLN 19,182 thousand)
The Company reports a decrease in revenue and a decrease in the selling prices as compared to the previous year, in the Company's opinion resulting from the market situation caused by the pandemic.
At the same time, the Issuer reminds that the final financial results for 2020 will be provided in the annual (respectively separate and consolidated) reports to be published on 28 April 2021.
