Appointment of managing persons for the next term of office

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. ("Company") informs that on 26 March 2021 the Company's Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Article 11.2 of the Company's Articles of Association and Article 369 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, appointed Mr Wojciech Faszczewski as President of the Company's Management Board and Mr Tomasz Rogala as Member of the Company's Management Board. They both were appointed for the next term of office commencing 10 April 2021. The Company sets out below the information on the qualifications and experience of each of the appointed Directors.
Wojciech Faszczewski - President of the Management Board
He graduated from the Medical University of Białystok. Since 2010 he has been the President of Pepees's Management Board. He is also the President of the Management Board of PPZ BRONISŁAW S.A. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pepees's subsidiary ZPZ LUBLIN sp. z o.o. Previously, he was a member of Pepees's Supervisory Board and was associated with the Bialystok Oncology Center, the Chemotherapy and Tumor Division. He is also a former Board Member of the Association of Individual Investors in Bialystok Region. In June 2010 he was delegated by the Supervisory Board of PEPEES S.A. to act as the President of the Management Board.

Tomasz Rogala - Member of the Management Board
Mr Tomasz Rogala graduated from the Warsaw Agricultural University and holds the title of M.Sc. Since 2016 he has been a Member of Pepees's Management Board. He is also President of the Management Board of Gospodarstwo Rolne "Ponary" Sp. z o.o. Previously he held managerial positions in commercial and real estate enterprises and was also a member of the Supervisory Board of a housing cooperative in Warsaw.

The appointed managers represented that they do not conduct any business activity outside the Issuer's enterprise, they do not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a private partnership, partnership, or as a member of the authority of a capital company, or in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its authorities. They are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
