Shareholders exercising over 5% of votes at the AGM on 29 June 2021

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the list of attendance at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 June 2021 (the "AGM"), the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the AGM:
Michał Skotnicki: 21,399,174 ordinary bearer shares, with the right to 21,399,174 votes at the AGM, representing 38.85% of the votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the AGM: 22.52 %.
Maksymilian Skotnicki: 20,703,282 ordinary bearer shares, with the right to 20,703,282 votes at the AGM, representing 37.59% of the votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the AGM: 21.79 %.
Epsilon Fiz AN: 27,759,032 ordinary bearer shares, with the right to 6,356,799 votes at the AGM, which constituted 11.54% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the date of the AGM: 6.69%
Hubert Malinowski: 4,566,793 ordinary bearer shares, with the right to 4,566,793 votes at the AGM, which constituted 8.29% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company on the day of the AGM: 4.81%
On the date of the AGM, the total number of votes attached to all issued shares in the Company was 95,000,000. The AGM was attended by shareholders representing a total of 55,074,462 votes, i.e. 57.97% of the total number of votes on the date of the AGM.
