Information on the preliminary financial results for the first half of 2021

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that they have decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
The preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for H1 2021 (data for H1 2020 are presented in brackets):
- sales revenues: PLN 102,503 thousand (PLN 114,465 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): loss of PLN (4,585) thousand (profit of PLN 7,275 thousand)
- net profit (loss): loss of PLN (1,378) thousand (profit of PLN 3,985 thousand)
The preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for H1 2021 (data for H1 2020 are presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 74,026 thousand (PLN 81,868 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): loss of PLN (3,036) thousand (profit of PLN 4,955 thousand )
- net profit (loss): loss of PLN (3,875) thousand (profit of PLN 3,218 thousand)
The Company reports a decrease in revenue and financial results due to a decrease in potato starch prices on the domestic and foreign markets.
The Issuer recalls that the audited final financial results for the first half of 2021 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 21 September 2021.
