Time Schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2022

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" SA, acting on the basis of § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by an issuer of securities and conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent _hereinafter: the Regulation_ announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2022:
1. Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2022 - 26 May 2022.
- Consolidated Report for Q3 2022 - 24 November 2021
2. Semiannual report:
- Consolidated senmiannual report for the first half of 2022 - 22 September 2022
3. Annual reports:
- Separate and consolidated annual report for 2021 - 24 March 2022.
The Management Board of PEPEES S.A. declares that, pursuant to § 62 Sec. 1 and Sec. 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a semiannual report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed consolidated financial statements and separate financial information as well as a consolidated semiannual report containing semiannual condensed consolidated financial statements and condensed financial information together with the auditor's report on audit of the financial statements. At the same time the Management Board of PEPEES S.A. informs that, acting in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish reports for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022.
