Information on preliminary financial results for 3 quarters of 2022

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for three quarters of 2022 (data for three quarters of 2021 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 189,605 thousand (PLN 158,193 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 15,799 thousand, (loss PLN 7,549 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 9,104 thousand, (loss PLN 4,602 thousand).
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for three quarters of 2022 (data for three quarters of 2021 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 134,388 thousand (PLN 113,268 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 10,310 thousand, (loss PLN 3,864 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 7,091 thousand, (loss PLN 4,674 thousand).
The Company's reported results have been achieved due to the increased value of the Company's product sales in 2022.
Please note that the audited final financial results for 3 quarters of 2022 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 24 November 2022.
