Expiration of the mandate of a member of the Company

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego Pepees S.A., with its registered office in Łomża ("the Company") would like to inform with deep regret that it has learned of the death of Tomasz Nowakowski, Vice Chairperson of the Company's Supervisory Board. Tomasz Nowakowski had served as a member of the Supervisory Board since 18 December 2018.
The Company would like to report that its Supervisory Board currently comprises five members. Its composition fulfils the requirement for the minimum composition of the Supervisory Board in a public company as set out in Article 385(1) of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies and Section 15(1) of the Company's Articles of Association, and the Company's Supervisory Board is capable of taking all actions provided for by law and the Articles of Association.
Legal basis: Section 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the law of a non-Member State as equivalent.
