Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2023

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" SA, acting pursuant to Section 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodical Information Published by Security Issuers and Conditions to Consider such Information Equivalent to the that Required by Legal Provisions of a Country that is not a Member State (the "Regulation") states the dates for the publication of interim reports in 2023:
1. Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2023 – 26 May 2023.
- Consolidated report for Q3 2023 – 24 November 2023
2. Biannual report:
- Consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2023 – 22 September 2023
3. Annual reports:
- Separate and consolidated annual report for 2022 – 17 March 2023.
The Management Board of PEPEES S.A. represents that, pursuant to Section 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, it will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a biannual report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed consolidated financial statements and standalone financial information as well as a consolidated biannual report containing midyear condensed consolidated financial statements and condensed financial information, together with an audit firm's report on the review of financial statements. At the same time, the Management Board of PEPEES S.A. states that, acting pursuant to Section 79(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish reports for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023.
