Information on preliminary financial results for 2022

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that on 9 March 2023 the process of aggregation of financial data conducted for the preparation of the Company's and the Issuer's Group's reports for 2022 was completed; therefore, the decision was taken to make public the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
The preliminary results for 2022 are presented below (2021 figures are shown in brackets).
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer Group:
- sales revenues: PLN 254,952 thousand (PLN 222,090 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 22,823 thousand (loss PLN 5,789 thousand)
- net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company: PLN 9,865 thousand (loss PLN 2,397 thousand)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A.:
- sales revenue: PLN 186,512 thousand (PLN 163,943 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 15,659 thousand (loss of PLN 301 thousand)
- net profit: PLN 8,474 thousand (loss of PLN 2,343 thousand)

The reported results of the Company were achieved thanks to the increased value of sales of the Company's products in 2022.
At the same time, the Issuer reminds that the final financial results for 2022 will be reported in the annual reports (standalone and consolidated, respectively), which will be published on 17 March 2023.
