Calendar of the the publication of periodic reports in 2018

The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A., pursuant to §103 Clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by the law of countries which are not EU members as equal (hereinafter ‘the Regulation’), hereby publishes the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2018:
1. Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2018 – 15 May 2018
- Consolidated report for the third quarter of 2018 – 16 November 2018
2. Semi-annual report:
- Semi-annual consolidated report for the first half of 2018 – 14 September 2018
3. Annual reports:
- Annual separate and consolidated reports for 2017 – 29 March 2018
The Board of Directors of PEPEES S.A. hereby declares that, pursuant to § 83 Clause 1 and Clause 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly reports and the semi-annual report, and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports, including condensed consolidated financial statements and separate financial information, and the semi-annual consolidated report, including the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and the condensed financial statements along with the report of the entity authorised to audit financial statements (certified auditor). At the same time, the Board of Directors of PEPEES S.A. hereby informs that, pursuant to § 101 Clause 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish reports for the fourth quarter of 2017 and for the second quarter of 2018.
