Supplementing the information on members of the Supervisory Board

Supplementing current report No. 20/2018 concerning, inter alia, the renewal of the term of office of members of the Supervisory Board by virtue of resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (‘the Issuer”, ‘the Company) of 11 May 2018, the Issuer's Board of Directors hereby provides, attached to this current report, the information on the education, qualifications and previous positions, with the description of professional careers of members of the Supervisory Board appointed again as Board members for the next term of office to perform functions in the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
In addition, the Company hereby informs that, according to submitted declarations, the appointed members of the Supervisory Board have stated that they do not carry out any activities outside the Issuer’s enterprise, do not participate in competitive entities as partners in civil-law partnerships or any other partnerships, or as members of any authorities of any companies, or in any other competitive legal persons as members of their authorities. In addition, the appointed persons are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
