Information on preliminary financial results for the year 2018

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A.  (the “Company”, “Issuer”) notifies that on 15 March 2019 there was completed the financial data aggregation process, conducted for the purpose of preparation of financial statements of the Company and the Issuer’s Group for 2018 and, consequently, a decision was made to make public information on preliminary financial results for the afore-mentioned period.
The preliminary results for 2018 are presented below (data for 2017 are presented in brackets).
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer’s Group:
- sales revenues: 239,941 kPLN (224,273 kPLN)
- profit on operating activities: 28,147 kPLN (21,853 kPLN)
- net profit due to shareholders of the parent entity: 21,306 kPLN (13,364 kPLN)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A.:
- sales revenues: 175,798 kPLN (162,454 kPLN)
- profit on operating activities: 22,649 kPLN (19,568 kPLN)
- net profit: 17,442 kPLN (12,319 kPLN)
The Company’s Management Board would like to explain that a considerable increase in the profit for the year 2018 was a result of (inter alia) the increased sales volume and higher profitability of products.
At the same time the Issuer would like to remind that the final financial results for 2018 will be presented in annual financial statements (the standalone and consolidated financial statements), to be published on 29 March 2019.
