Correction of the numbering of the current report on the changed publication date of annual report
Legal basis Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. announces that as a result of a typing error, the number of the current report of 14 March 2022 as regards the changed publication date of the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021 was incorrect.
The current report on the changed publication date of the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021 was mistakenly marked as "current report No. 4/2022," whereas it should have been "current report No. 5/2022."
Otherwise, the contents of the rectified current report remain unchanged.
