Election of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego S.A. ("the Company") announces that on 14 April 2022 the Annual General Meeting appointed the following individuals as the Supervisory Board Members for a new term in office:
1. Mr Maciej Kaliński,
2. Mr Tomasz Nowakowski,
3. Mr Jacek Okoński,
4. Mr Kajetan Rościszewski,
5. Mrs Agata Czerniakowska and
6. Mr Robert Malinowski.
Curriculum vitae of the individuals appointed as the Supervisory Board Members together with their declarations are included in the annexes hereto.
Legal basis: Section 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodical Information Published by Security Issuers and Conditions to Consider it Equivalent to the Information Required by Legal Provisions of a Country that is not a Member State.
