Information on preliminary financial results for Q1 2021

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.

Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q1 2022 (data for Q1 2021 is presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 64,315 thousand (PLN 46,369 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): profit PLN 6,292 thousand, (loss PLN 2,937 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 4,029 thousand, (profit PLN 1,810 thousand)

Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for Q1 2022 (data for Q1 2021 is presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 43,135 thousand (PLN 33,019 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 4,812 thousand, (loss PLN 2,160 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 3,084 thousand (loss PLN 2,201 thousand)

The reported results of the company were achieved as a result of the increased value of sales of the company's products in Q1 2022.

As a reminder, the Issuer states that the audited final financial results for Q1 2021 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 21 September 2021.
