Information on the preliminary financial results for the first half of 2022

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.

Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for H1 2022 (data for H1 2021 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 126,406 thousand (PLN 102,503 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 10,380 thousand, (loss PLN 4,585 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 5,554 thousand, (loss PLN 1,378 thousand).

Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for H1 2022 (data for H1 2021 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 88,493 thousand (PLN 74,026 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 6,547 thousand, (loss PLN 3,036 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 4,438 thousand, (loss PLN 3,875 thousand).

The Company's reported results have been achieved due to the increased value of the Company's product sales in H1 2022.

As a reminder, the Issuer states that the audited final financial results for H1 2021 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 21 September 2021.
