Information on preliminary financial results for the 3 quarters of 2023

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for three quarters of 2023 (data for three quarters of 2022 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 175,888 thousand (PLN 189,605 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 15,315 thousand, (PLN 15,799 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 5,992 thousand, (loss PLN 9,104 thousand).
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for three quarters of 2023 (data for three quarters of 2022 are shown in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 130,902 thousand (PLN 134,388 thousand)
- profit (loss) from operating activities: profit PLN 13,419 thousand, (loss PLN 10,310 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 6,998 thousand, (loss PLN 7,091 thousand).
The Company reports a decrease in the Group's net profit in 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year, due to a decrease in sales revenue and an increase in financial expenses.
The issuer would like to remind you that the audited final financial results for 3 quarters of 2023 will be reported in the consolidated semi-annual report to be published on 24 November 2023.
