Information on preliminary financial results for 2023

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that on 26 March 2024 the process of aggregation of financial data conducted for the preparation of the Company's and the Issuer's Group's reports for 2023 was completed; therefore, the decision was taken to make public the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.

The preliminary results for 2023 are presented below (2022 figures are shown in brackets).

Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Group:
- sales revenues: PLN 222,218 thousand (PLN 254,952 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 12,170 thousand (PLN 23,553 thousand)
- net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company: PLN 3,999 thousand (PLN 10,595 thousand)

Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A.:
- sales revenue: PLN 169,273 thousand (PLN 186,512 thousand)
- operating profit: PLN 12,679 thousand (PLN 16,389 thousand)
- net profit: PLN 7,778 thousand (PLN 9,204 thousand)

The Issuer announces a decrease in the Group's net profit in 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year due to a decrease in sales revenue as a result of a decrease in prices and due to the loss suffered by PPZ Bronisław.

At the same time, the Issuer reminds that the final financial results for 2023 will be reported in the annual reports (standalone and consolidated, respectively), which will be published on 5 April 2024.
