Information on preliminary financial results for Q1 2024

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.

Preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q1 2024 (data for Q1 2023 is presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 52,431 thousand (PLN 61,387 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): loss PLN 2,381 thousand, (profit PLN 8,899 thousand)- net profit (loss)
: loss PLN 4,472 thousand, (profit PLN 4,394 thousand)

Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for Q1 2024 (data for Q1 2023 is presented in brackets):- sales revenue:
PLN 41,805 thousand (PLN 45,775 thousand)- profit (loss)
from operating activities: loss PLN 1,119 thousand, (profit PLN 7,520 thousand)- net profit (loss)
: loss PLN 2,094 thousand (profit PLN 4,725 thousand). The

loss suffered in Q1 2024 is above all else the result of a decrease in the Company's and the Group's product sales revenue due to lower market prices for starch products in comparison to the same period of the previous year.

Simultaneously, as a reminder, the Issuer states that the audited final financial results for Q1 2024 will be reported in the consolidated quarterly report to be published on 24 May 2024.
