Shareholders exercising more than 5% of votes at the OGM on 6 June 2024

Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. (the “Company”) announces that, according to the attendance list at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 6 June 2024 (the “OGM”), the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the OGM:
• Michał Skotnicki: 21,443,105 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 21,443,105 votes at the OGM, representing 39.16% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 22.57%.

• Maksymilian Skotnicki: 20,614,531 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 20,614,531 votes at the OGM, representing 37.65% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 21.70%.

• Epsilon FIZAN: 27,759,032 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 6,356,799 votes at the OGM, representing 11.61% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 6.69%

• Hubert Malinowski: 4,566,793 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 4,566,793 votes at the OGM, representing 8.34% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 4.81%
On the date of holding the OGM, the total number of votes attached to all issued shares of the Company was 95,000,000. The OGM was attended by shareholders representing a total of 54,757,060 votes, i.e. 57.64% of the total number of votes on the date of holding the OGM.
