Dismissal of Epsilon’s appeal by the Białystok Court of Appeal

Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 26 July 2024 the Court of Appeal in Białystok dismissed the appeal against the ruling of the District Court in Białystok, in which the District Court determined that EPSILON Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych, with its registered office in Warsaw, being a shareholder of the Company, has lost and cannot exercise voting rights from 21,402,233 ordinary bearer shares of the Company (cf. Current Report No. 13/2019 and 7/2023). This decision is legally binding.
