Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” SA, acting pursuant to § 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2025:
1 Quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2025 - 23 May 2025
- Consolidated report for Q3 2025 - 21 November 2025
2. Semi-annual report:
- Consolidated report for H1 2025 - 19 September 2025
3. Annual reports:
- Separate and consolidated annual report for 2024 - 21 March 2025

The Management Board of PEPEES S.A. declares that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation, it shall not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a semi-annual report and that it intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed consolidated financial statements and separate financial information as well as a consolidated semi-annual report containing semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and condensed financial information together with a report of an audit firm on the review of financial statements. At the same time, the Management Board of PEPEES S.A. announces that, acting in accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, it shall not publish reports for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.
