Recommendation on the coverage of the net loss for the financial year of 2024
Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – confidential information.
The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. ("the Company") notify that they decided to make a recommendation to the Ordinary General Meeting as regards coverage the net loss of PLN 10,609,931.70 (in words: ten million six hundred nine thousand nine hundred thirty one zloty seventy grosz) for the financial year of 2024 from the supplementary capital.
In accordance with Article 382 § 3 point 2 of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, the Company's Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the recommendation of the Management Board.
The final decision on the coverage of the loss for the financial year of 2024 is to be made by the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
