Shareholders exercising more than 5% of votes at the OGM on 16 June 2025

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. (the “Company”) announces that, according to the attendance list at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 16 June 2025 (the “OGM”), the following shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the OGM:

• Michał Skotnicki: 21,443,105 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 21,443,105 votes at the OGM, representing 44.30% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 22.57%.
• Maksymilian Skotnicki: 20,614,531 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 20,614,531 votes at the OGM, representing 42.59% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 21.70%.
• Hubert Malinowski: 4,566,793 ordinary bearer shares entitling to 4,566,793 votes at the OGM, representing 9.43% of the votes at the OGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company as of the date of holding the OGM: 4.81%

On the date of holding the OGM, the total number of votes attached to all issued shares of the Company was 95,000,000. The OGM was attended by shareholders representing a total of 48,398,911 votes, i.e. 50.94% of the total number of votes on the date of holding the OGM.
