The Supreme Court has dismissed Perla cassation appeal

The Management Board of the Food Industry Operator PEPEES S.A. (the "Company") has been informed that today (that is on October 22nd 2015) the Supreme Court dismissed an annulment by Perla Browary Lubelskie (Lublin Breweries) ("Perla") against the verdict of the Court of Appeal in Bialystok, 1st Civil Department, which dismissed an appeal by Perla against a verdict of the District Court in Bialystok which had dismissed Perla action for annulment or overturning resolution No 24 on a conditionally increase of share capital by issuing series B shares, issuing of series A warrants, amendment of the Company"s articles of association and exclusion of right of subscription to series B shares and series A warrants, agreed on May 24th 2011 by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (see current report No 17/2011 and current reports No 25/2011, No 26/2011, No 19/2013, No 19/2014 and No 18/2015).
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19th 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions of regarding information required by the non-member states laws as equivalent.
