The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego "PEPEES" S.A. (“the Company”) hereby notifies that, today, they received a notification from Epsilon Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych (“the Fund”), which, pursuant to Article 4 Clause 1 of the Investment Funds Act of 27 May 2004, is represented by SATURN Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. based in Warsaw, concerning the exceeding by the Fund of the threshold of 5% of the total number of the Company's votes as a result of the settlement, on 29 December 2015, of the agreement made outside the regulated market regarding the purchase of 6,398,731 shares of the Company.
Prior to the stake change, the Fund had not hold any shares of the Company.
Following the stake change, the Fund holds 6,398,731 shares of the Company, representing 6.7355 % of the Company's share capital and entitling the Fund to exercise 6,398,731 votes, representing 6.7355 % of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders.
