The Board of Directors of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego “PEPEES” S.A. in Łomża hereby informs that, on 7 April 2016, the Supervisory Board of “PEPEES” S.A. appointed the Board of Directors of “PEPEES” S.A. for the next term of office, with the existing members, namely: Wojciech Faszczewski – President of the Board of Directors, Krzysztof Homenda – Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer. Professional CVs of the Members of the Board of Directors are included in earlier reports. Wojciech Faszczewski – President of the Board of Directors (CV in current report No. 25/2010), Krzysztof Homenda – Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer (CV in current report No. 18/2011). Mr Wojciech Faszczewski is the President of the Board of Directors of a subsidiary PPZ BRONISŁAW Sp. z o.o., the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in a subsidiary ZPZ LUBLIN Sp. z o.o., and a Member of the Supervisory Board in an associate CHP Energia Sp. z o.o. Mr Wojciech Faszczewski has declared that he does not carry out any competitive activities against the Company. Furthermore, he is not a partner in any competitive civil-law or other partnership, and he is not a member of any authorities of other legal persons competing against the Company. Mr Krzysztof Homenda is the President of the Board of Directors of a subsidiary ZPZ LUBLIN Sp. z o.o., a Member of the Supervisory Board in a subsidiary PPZ BRONISŁAW Sp. z o.o. and in an associate CHP Energia Sp. z o.o. Mr Krzysztof Homenda has declared that he does not carry out any competitive activities against the Company. Furthermore, he is not a partner in any competitive civil-law or other partnership, and he is not a member of any authorities of other legal persons competing against the Company. Appointed Members of the Board of Directors are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
